Dialing Rule Optimizer

This program will create an optimized set of dialing rules for North American and other selected countries that will work with Microsoft Lync Server 2010 and several popular telephony gateways.

UPDATE (16-Mar-2012): Now creates separate rules for toll-free and premium calls. Makes it easier to assign more granular voice policies to users. Also, dial rules added for Brazil, Portugal and Sri Lanka.

Follow these instructions on Ken's Unified Communications Blog to properly prepare your Lync environment for the Dialing Rule Optimizer.
1. Enter information below and press Generate Rules ONCE. The page may appear to be unresponsive while processing.
2. Save resulting files to disk, review, manipulate and import as required.
